This has been a horrible season for the Bears but in this game they beat their arch rival Vikings in overtime.

Who Do, Aromashodu, That’s Who

As we end the season it looks like fantasy football owners need to pay attention to a young Bear receiver that is starting to take form. That young receivers name is Devin Aromashodu and in this game he had seven receptions for 150 yards and the game winning touchdown catch in overtime.

Aromashodu hasn’t had much of an opportunity to play in the starting role until Devin Hester injured himself a few weeks back.

Two weeks ago Aromashodu had a solid game against the Packers with eight catches for 76 yards and a touchdown catch. This week he obviously had a big breakout game and should play well again next week against the Lions.

Look for Jay Cutler to continue to find this young receiver as he is in need of a new top target on this team.

Speaking of Cutler he had one of his finest games of the season in this contest. For the game Cutler threw for 273 yards passing and had four touchdown passes. Look for Cutler to be a sneaky play next week as he should continue his success against the Lions bad secondary.

Vikings Struggle, Then Come Back

The first half of this game looked just like the Vikings’ game against the Panthers. Brett Favre threw for less than 50 yards in the first half and the team failed to score a point.

In the second half this offense responded in a big way as they scored 30 points and took the game into overtime.

Adrian Peterson had almost 100 yards rushing and almost 50 yards receiving on the game with two touchdowns. The only problem for Peterson is that he fumbled the football in overtime and that led to the Bears scoring the game winning touchdown.

Peterson is a great runner, but he is a bad fumbler and tonight he hurt his team by not protecting the football.
