Dolphins- Jaguars: Ricky Williams Runs Hard | NFL Fantasy Football Rankings

Dolphins vs. Jaguars

Ever since the Miami Dolphins lost their star running back Ronnie Brown, they have asked Ricky Williams to be the feature runner. Since that time Williams has shown us all in fantasy football that he still has what it takes to be a force.

Dolphins Win Again

The Dolphins won for the seventh time this season as they are still in the playoff hunt in the AFC. Not only are the Dolphins still in the playoff hunt but they are still only one game back of the division leading Patriots.

In the past two weeks, the Dolphins have been asked to win against playoff contending Patriots and Jaguars and have come out on top. This week Ricky Williams helped the team drain the clock with 28 carries for 108 yards and a touchdown run.

Look for Williams to continue to have a strong finish to the fantasy football season as he helps fantasy owners to championships.

Mojo a Disappointment

Fantasy football owners were hoping for much more than just 59 rushing yards and a touchdown score from Maurice Jones-Drew this week. This was the start of the fantasy playoffs, and you need your studs playing well at the end.

Dolphins vs. Jaguars

Coming into this season I question if Drew would be able to play a full season without breaking down. This was his first season as a feature starter, and we needed to see if he could play effectively for a full 16 games.

Of late it looks like Drew hasn’t been able to deliver down the stretch and fantasy owners need to question if it is because he’s breaking down.

Next week the Jaguars play on Thursday night football against the Colts. Drew has had good success against the Colts before so maybe he will produce in that game.
