In what should have been a win that helped the Broncos move closer to the playoffs, became another late game victory for the Raiders.

Raiders Win Another Good Team

This season the Raiders continue to win good teams as they have now beaten the Eagles, Steelers, Bengals and Broncos. All of these teams are playoff caliber organizations and the Raiders have played all of them tough.

In recent weeks the Raiders have beaten the Steelers and Broncos on the road as they prove they can beat good teams away from Oakland.

In this game JaMarcus Russell came in at the end and threw a touchdown pass to Chaz Schiliens that won the game. This was the first positive press for Russell in a long time as he is a bust for this organization.

Maybe, Russell can build on this and work hard this off season to get his career going.

Marshall Good Solid

Brandon Marshall had another solid game with seven receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown catch. Other than that solid performance the Broncos really didn’t have anything to write home about in this game.

This team needs to get its running game going as Knowshon Moreno should have had a great game in this one.

Now, the Broncos will have to play the Eagles and one has to believe they could easily lose that game as well. This could be another December collapse for the Broncos yet again.

Matt Prater Has Great Game

Fantasy owners that started Matt Prater this week in the fantasy playoffs must be very happy with this production this week. Going four of four on field goal opportunities is a fine showing for any kicker on your team. Not only did Prater have four field goals but one was a season high 51-yarder!

In some fantasy leagues you get five points or more just for that one field goal. Look for Prater as a good option the rest of the way as the Broncos need wins to make the playoffs.
