Steelers- Ravens: Pittsburgh Pulls Out Big Win | NFL Fantasy Football Rankings
The Steelers needed to win this game to have a chance for the playoffs, and they ended up pulling the game out with a late field goal to win.
Big Ben Leads Another Win
This week wasn’t a 500 yards passing game for Ben Roethlisberger, but he did find his top receiver Santonio Holmes for five catches for 86 yards and a touchdown pass.
Not only did Roethlisberger produce for his team but running back Rashard Mendenhall also found a way to flop in another touchdown in a tough matchup.
The Steelers may not make the playoffs, but I do believe this might actually help this team for next year. If the Steelers miss the playoffs they will get an extra five weeks of rest that they missed a year ago.
Expect the Steelers to bounce back on defense next year and make it back to the playoffs in 2010.
Ray Rice Has Another Big Game
It’s time to say that Ray Rice is one of the top five picks at running back for next years’ fantasy football drafts. I predicted that Rice would have a breakout year this season, but I never expected him to play this well.
Looking back if I would have thought that the Ravens would use this kid the way they have I would have ranked him higher.
Rice is clearly the feature back in this offense and will have another strong year next season with his very strong offensive line in front of him.
