Jets-Chargers: Shonn Greene & Jets Win Shocker | 2010 NFL Playoff Fantasy Football

At the start of the fourth quarter the Chargers were in the lead seven to three but unfortunately they couldn’t hold on. Turnovers, poor defense and missed field goals killed the Chargers in the end as they dropped another playoff game at home.
Shonn Greene Steps Up Again
With a ten to seven lead in the fourth quarter, Jets’ rookie running back Shonne Greene stepped up again and broke lose for a 53-yard touchdown run.
After that score the Jets gave up one more touchdown to the Chargers late but were able to run the clock out and win the game. Now, the Jets will go to Indianapolis to take on the Colts for the right to play in the Super Bowl.
Expect the team to continue using Greene as the main runner in this offense as Thomas Jones is still a bit banged up.
Chargers Choke
There isn’t an pretty way to say this, but the Chargers choked another playoff run away in their first game.
Nate Kaeding missed three field goals in the game and that turned out to be a back breaker for this team as they lost by only three points. It will be interesting to see if the Chargers release Kaeding this offseason as he has been a good kicker for them.
