2010 NFL Draft Picks: New Orleans Saints Selections – Results

Konica Minolta Gator Bowl - Florida State v West Virginia

Throughout the three days of the NFL draft, we will be updating this page for the New Orleans Saints every night to give you analysis for the picks they took. On Thursday NFL teams will only select players in the first round of the draft. On Friday, they will all select their second and third round picks.

Saturday each team will finish of its draft by selecting players through rounds four to seven. Enjoy the draft and come back here later to see our take on players selected for the New Orleans Saints.

Before The Draft: Adding defense to this great team makes the most sense at this years’ draft. Beyond that the Saints should be ready to defend their Super Bowl Championship.

First Round

32. New Orleans Saints: CB Patrick Robinson – The Saints needed to add more defense as they are continuing to grow that area. Hopefully they can get Sharper back and make another strong year in the turn over game.

Second Round

64. Saints Select: OT Charles Browns – Way to keep the offensive line depth solid. This helps the running game and Drew Brees.

Rounds Three – Seven

Round 3, Pick 31 (95) Jimmy Graham TE

Round 4, Pick 25 (123) Al Woods DT

Round 5, Pick 27 (158) Matt Tennant C

Round 7, Pick 32 (239) Sean Canfield QB
