Cowboys Cut Flozell Adams and Ken Hamlin

Philadelphia Eagles v Dallas Cowboys

Safety Ken Hamlin did a good job with the Cowboys but struggled at times last season. While his release at this point in the offseason is a surprise to me, the Cowboys should be able to replace him in the draft.

The bigger release from the team on the same day is the team parting ways with left tackle Flozell Adams. Adams played ten full seasons of the twelve years he spent in Dallas. The last time Adams missed a game for this team was in 2005.

Look for the Cowboys to draft a tackle and a safety in the first two rounds of this years draft as they will need to replace these to productive players.

With Adams gone fantasy owners should be a little concerned about Tony Romo’s health.
