RB Beanie Wells NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings
2009 Fantasy Year In Review: Chris Beanie Wells fell into a perfect situation on draft day as the Cardinals pick him late in the first round. Unfortunately, for Wells he suffered an ankle injury in August and then had fumbling issues early in the season.
These set backs cost Wells as he was a non factor for fantasy in the first half of the season. As we got deeper into the second half, he became very fantasy friendly as he scored seven touchdowns and was a productive player in the final three weeks for fantasy playoffs.
2010 NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings: With the retirement of Kurt Warner the Cardinals will probably lean on the running game more often with Matt Leinart under center. This means Wells will get more opportunities to be a productive fantasy option from week one all the way through the season.
At the end of last year it was clear to see that Wells was a far better talent that Tim Hightower, and he should get the main workload this season.
With a great schedule to run against, and the addition of left guard Alan Faneca, Wells should be a very nice player for you to have in your starting lineup most weeks for 2010.
– Touchdown Maker
– Offensive Line Improving
– Team Should Commit To The Run More
– Winning Team
– Good Schedule To Run Against
– Still Has To Deal With Tim Hightower
– Not Used A Tone In The Passing Game
