2010 NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings: Speculation had Cooley leaving the Redskins even before last season ended as many thought the team would move forward with Davis. Instead of Cooley moving on, new head coach Mike Shanahan decided to keep the talented veteran.

With a proven coaching staff that likes to use their tight ends, Cooley should have a nice bounce back season as long as he can stay healthy. If you’re in a twelve team fantasy football league than Cooley should make for a nice value starter for your team as he will be cheaper than previous years because of the injury.
