2009 Fantasy Year In Review: Antonio Bryant reemerged in 2008 and reminded people that he is still a talented pass catcher. While that season was a success for Bryant his 2009 season was doomed for failure as he suffered a knee injury in August and never got things going until December.

With a rookie quarterback and a bad passing offense Bryant wasn’t an option for fantasy owners to count on last season.

2010 NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings: In free agency Bryant signed with the Bengals and now has a solid veteran quarterback once again in Carson Palmer. With Cincinnati Bryant will be the teams No.2 option in the passing game after Chad Ochcocinco.

Look for Bryant as a good depth option to fill your roster as he should get plenty of opportunities to be a fantasy relevant player. For years the Bengals had T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Ochocinco as good option for fantasy and that should be the same this season.

Now let’s hope those rumors about Palmer arm are because of the talent he didn’t have after Ochocinco more than it being continued health problems.

Fantasy Rank Update July 27th: After rumors that Antonio Bryant’s knee was still injured, the Bengals signed Terrell Owens. Bryant will now be the No.3 receiver on the team and he doesn’t make for a good draft selection this season.
