An area of the secondary that is more valuable in Big Play IDP leagues is cornerbacks as they tend to make more plays overall. One cornerback that had an amazing season in 2009 was Packers Charles Woodson. The veteran was solid in many categories and his playmaking ability seemed to shine throughout the fantasy football season.

You may not need defensive backs as good as Woodson was to win an IDP fantasy championship, but you had best find some playmakers overall.
