NFL Point Spread For Week One
2010 Week One – Wk 1 NFL Regular Season Games Point Spread Odds
The points spread for week one of the NFL season is in, and it’s time to findout which teams are favored to win in the first week of the season.
In our write up for the point spread we won’t go much into predicting which teams will win or not. However, I will give you my views on a few interesting things I see for the coming week.
Giants Have Top Point Spread Of The Week
This is an interesting one as the Panthers played the Giants in their last home game in their old stadium in 2009. In that game, Matt Moore and Jonathan Stewart had a field day. I’m sure the Giants will want to rectify their lose from a year ago in the first game of their new stadium but this may be too high of a spread.
If the Giants are to win this game Moore will need to have an average game, and the Giants’ defense needs to play much better overall.
Colts Beat Texans Once Again?
The Colts are favorites in this big showed against the Texans in Houston and why shouldn’t they be. The Colts have owned the Texans for years and unit the Texans stop making key turnovers at crucial moments this won’t stop.
That said, the Texans continue to get better, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this team comes out in a spirited game and beats Peyton Manning and the boys.
