2010 Week One NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings
Week one of the fantasy football season is on the way, and it’s time to look at our first player rankings of the year for standard leagues. This season you will notice that our rankings are listed in an excel spreadsheet so that you can print it out or download it for your convenience.
This week running backs like Michael Turner and Shonn Greene have challenging matchups against the Steelers and Ravens respectively. Unless you were blessed at the draft to have bench running backs with great ability, I wouldn’t recommend you sit either of these players.
During the first week of the season, all teams start out with a clean slate in record. At this time of year it’s not uncommon to see good defenses struggle and bad teams play better than they will in the middle of the season.
If you should be in need of a useful player at running back this week for one reason or another, try Cadillac Williams as he plays at home against the Browns. The Browns will be without some key players on defense and one of those is IDP stud middle linebacker D’Qwell Jackson.
