Week 8 Start’em Sit’em

Quarterbacks
Start
Kyle Orton @ 49ers (Play In England): Pay no attention to the Broncos poor performance against the Raiders as they get the 49ers in merry old England. San Fransico’s defense made Matt Moore look like Peyton Manning last week with over 300 yards passing and multiple touchdowns. Look for Orton to have a fine game in this one.
Bench
Matt Schaub @ Colts: Last time the Texans faced the Colts, Matt Schaub barley threw for over 100 yards as they pounded the football on the ground with Arian Foster. Fresh off a bye week, Foster should be ready for a big workload in Indianapolis.
Schaub should have a better day than week one, but it may not be enough to help you win.
Running Backs
Start
Donald Brown vs Texans: Joseph Addai probably won’t play this week and may miss a few games because of his shoulder problems. Brown is expected back this week and is a sneaky flex play start against the Texans’ defense.
Bench
Chris Ivory vs Steelers: Reggie Bush is expected back this week and should take touches away from Chris Ivory. While that might hurt Ivory some, his lack of production this week should mostly be from the fact that the Saints are playing the Steelers this week.
Wide Receivers
Start
Lee Evans @ Chiefs: The Bills’ offense is taking flight, and Lee Evans actually looks like a decent weekly option once again. With the emergence of Steve Johnson, defenses have to respect someone other than Evans in the passing game.
Bench
Donald Driver @ Jets: Last week Donald Driver failed to catch one pass, and the reason was because he’s battling through a quad injury. Look to James Jones as an interesting counter option worth start as Driver needs to prove he can recover before you insert him into the lineup again.
