Matthew Stafford: The kid is back and while he looked somewhat rusty against the Redskins, he did throw four touchdown passes. His top receiver Calvin Johnson is having a big season and that make Stafford an even safer bet to use throughout the second half of the season.

The Lions have one of the highest scoring offenses in football this season and that won’t change for the rest of this season.

Running Backs

Keiland Williams: The Redskins are on a bye this week, so I will discuss Keiland Williams again early next week as a waiver option as well. Still, it wouldn’t be a bad idea for you to stash Williams a week early as it looks like Ryan Torain may be out for awhile with a hamstring injury.

Williams stands to be next inline for the starters’ role and is an even strong play in PPR leagues as he catches the football well.

LeGarrette Blount: I recommended LeGarrette Blount last week but thought I would put his name down again just as a reminder.

Wide Receivers

Nate Washington: Kenny Britt had a nice run, but it looks like he will miss a good amount of time on the field going forward. Like Williams for the Redskins, Washington is on a bye week coming up but should be a nice receiver to have going forward.

The Titans are really getting good at making big plays down the field and that was evident by Britt’s stats in week seven and Washington’s 70-yard touchdown last week.
