Week 10 IDP Start’em Sit’em

Click Here >> Current Weekly Rankings, Waivers, Start – Sit

Defensive Lineman

Start

Justin Smith vs Rams: The 49ers top defensive lineman had a slow start to the season but has come on strong in recent weeks. Fresh off a bye week, Smith should see multiple opportunities to sack rookie quarterback Sam Bradford.

Bench

Dave Ball @ Dolphins: The Titans have received respectable production out of Dave Ball, but he will be hard to trust down in Miami. Chad Henne isn’t mobile but doesn’t tend to take a tone of sacks.

Linebackers

Start

James Laurinaitis @ 49ers: The Rams second year linebacker James Laurinaitis is turning his game up in recent weeks. Expect another solid performance against the 49ers as it looks like the young linebacker can be trusted by IDP fantasy owners.

Bench

Curtis Lofton vs Ravens: The Falcons top IDP man Curtis Lofton has been slowed of late by a knee injury and probably won’t do much in an early Thursday game this week. Give Lofton a week off in your league and let’s see if he shows better signs with the extra rest heading into week 11.

Defensive Backs

Start

Kerry Rhodes vs Seahawks: The Cardinals’ safety is on a hot streak but his work was cut short in week nine due to a hand injury. Rhodes is expected to play against the Seahawks and you should have faith in keeping him in your lineup.

Bench

Dawan Landry @ Falcons: IDP fantasy owners know that defensive lineman can be inconsistent, but you need consistency from your linebackers and defensive backs. Dawan Landry has had some big games this year but too often he has failed to rack up decent tackle total for consistent production.
