Week 12 Start’em Sit’em

Quarterbacks
Start
Matt Cassel at Seahawks: The only thing I’m concerned about for this matchup is possible weather issues in Seattle. Other than that, Cassel is set up for another strong day as the Seahawks secondary can’t stop anyone.
The Seahawks should score points as their offense is playing well, so look for Cassel and Dwayne Bowe to have big days.
Bench
Eli Manning vs Jaguars: If you can’t find an option like Mark Sanchez, Shaun Hill or Matt Cassel then give Manning a start this week. Manning is without both Steve Smith and Hakeem Nicks, but he does have a good matchup.
Running Back
Start
Mike Goodson vs Browns: With Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams gone, Goodson had a big game against the Ravens. Look for Goodson to have another nice game as the Panthers should give him the football throughout.
Bench
Justin Forsett vs Chiefs: The young running back Justin Forsett is coming on of late, but I would still like to see the coaching staff commit to him over Marshawn Lynch. If your desperate than give Forsett a flex play start but look for a player who will get more touches if you can.
Wide Receivers
Start
Mario Manningham vs Jaguars: While Eli Manning may not throw as much with his top receivers gone, Mannigham should have a good day. Look for Manningham to be a threat to top 100 yards receiving and score a touchdown.
Bench
Chad Ochocinco vs Jets: The Bengals veteran receiver has found production in recent weeks but this week Ochocinco faces the Jets secondary.
