It’s super bowl time for IDP fantasy football leagues and hopefully your team is in the final contest. We have a few start – sit options for you this week but most of you will probably start you main options.

Defensive Lineman

DE- Matt Shaughnessy vs Colts: The Raiders have been playing well up front in the past few weeks and Matt Shaughnessy has been a big part of that success. While Peyton Manning doesn’t take many sacks, Shaughnessy should rack up a good stat line overall.

Chris Kelsay vs Patriots: Don’t look to Chris Kelsay to help your squad as he failed to register a tackle last week and probably won’t have many opportunities to get a sack against Tom Brady.

Takeo Spikes @ Rams: The 49ers veteran middle linebacker Takeo Spikes is enjoying a nice season as he’s picked up some of the slack that Patrick Willis has failed to acquire. Look for Spikes to have another strong game as he’s been solid of late and had a good game against the Rams his first time out.

Lance Briggs vs Jets: The Bears are having a great season but Lance Briggs isn’t producing in tackles as in past years. The Jets should keep the football on the ground much of the game as Mark Sanchez banged his shoulder up against the Steelers. Keep Briggs on the bench for the final weeks of the season now that Chicago has basically wrapped up their division.

Defensive Backs

SS Dawan Landry vs Browns: The last time Dawan Landry faced the Browns, he posted nine tackles and a sack. Expect the Ravens to roll to a big lead early and the Browns will be in passing mode throughout the second half. This should help Landry find success for your squad.

Antoine Bethea @ Raiders: The Colts talented safety Antoine Bethea tends to have productive games against pass heavy offenses. The Raiders will do their best to keep the football on the ground with Darren McFadden and Michael Bush. This should be a challenging game for Bethea to have a productive IDP stat line.
