By the time this month ends the regular season will begin for fantasy baseball owners around the world. Take some time to gear up for your MLB auction draft by viewing our relief pitcher – closer price values. In your live draft, anyone can drive up the price on a player you had slated for a certain range, but we feel the prices below are fair for each player.

Take some time to run a few mock drafts for auction play this month to see where these players are trending at price wise. Personally, I’m participating in mock drafts from the end of January through March so it helps me gain an edge on values. Mock drafts aren’t the end for sure, but they can give you some interaction with fellow fantasy owners such as yourself.

Value Picks

Craig Kimbrel – 3 Dollars: Craig Kimbrel will probably start the season in a split for saves with Jonny Venters, but he should be the main man by June. Look for Kimbrel as a nice value around three dollars or cheaper as he has lights out stuff and will be one top closers for strikeouts.

Leo Nunez – 1 Dollar: The Marlins look to be committed to Leo Nunez as the closer to start the season. Nunez is working on a third pitch, and I believe he will keep the role throughout the season.
