Take a look at our recent updated cheat sheet player rankings for outfielder in mixed 5×5 leagues. Download, printout or just view the outfielder rankings to get familiar with who is worth wild at this position.

The Indians may be one of the worst teams in baseball but Shin-Soo Choo is clearly at top ten outfielder in fantasy baseball. Choo can help you in all five categories for hitting and will continue to be a valuable player for years to come.

Another young rising star is Andrew McCutchen of the Pirates as his five tool ability can offer you help in many ways like Choo. McCutchen’s surrounding situation in the batting order is better than Choo, and he is likely to score more runs atop the order.

One trendy outfielder who has fallen on our rankings of late is Ryan Raburn of the Tigers. It looked like Raburn was ready to receive an everyday role but slugger Brenan Boesch is spoiling those expectations. Boesch had a solid first half last year and then struggled, and it helped open the door for Raburn.

In early spring, Boesch is hitting with authority, and he might even win Raburn’s projected starting job. Boesch could fade when the season gets started but for now Raburn isn’t a projected starter for fantasy rosters.
