2011 Draft Positions (Before Draft Begins)
Bears Draft Needs
WR, OT, OG, SS, DT
29. Chicago Bears Select: Tackle Gabe Carimi
The Bears needed to improve the offensive line and Gabe Carimi is a good start in the right direction. Jay Cutler needs some veteran additions in free agency but Carimi give the Bears a nice young talent on the line.
Draft Grade: B
53. Defensive Tackle Stephen Paea (Trade with Redskins)
Nice pick for the Bears as they needed help on the inside as it looks like Tommie Harris is a player going away. Paea will help this team in the pass and the run.
93. Free Safety Chris Conte
Another addition to the secondary as the Bears love to add players in the first three or four rounds every year to this area.
160. Quarterback Nathan Enderle
195. Linebacker James Thomas
