Selections
21. Cleveland Browns Selections: NT Phil Taylor (Trade With Chiefs)
This was a nice pick for the Browns, I didn’t think they had the guts to trade down and then take a player like this to help up front but they did. Taylor won’t have to be an every down nose tackle at least to start and will make an impact with this front line and they need it in this division. Good job Browns.
Draft Grade: B+
Second Round
36. Defensive Lineman Jabaal Sheard
Adding to the defensive line for the second pick in a row should tell you that the Browns are serious about getting their defense up in the top ten in a few years. Why not, as the AFC North is a defensive division and the Browns are probably hoping to get quarterback Andrew Luck in next years draft with two first round picks to use.
59. Wide Receiver Greg Little
Big physical receiver from North Carolina Greg Little is hopefully going to help Colt McCoy in the future. I’m not sure this guy will help this season but hopefully they can bring him along as the season moves along.
102. Tight End Jordan Cameron
124. Running Back Owen Marecic
137. Defensive Back Buster Skrine
150. Offensive Lineman Jason Pinkston
248. Defensive Back Eric Hagg
