Two Start Pitchers Week 14
A true All Star list of American League, front lines our projected week 14 two start pitchers. Justin Verlander, Felix Hernandez, James Shields, David Price, Dan Harren, C.C. Sabathia, Jon Lester and Michael Pineda are all worth of a trip to the summer classic and are two start pitchers this week. In Justin Verlander, you have the top pitcher in all of baseball for the first half of the season, and he should have a couple dominant performances against the Angels and Royals.
Felix Hernandez has had his bumps in the road this year, but he should have no problem facing the Angels and A’s this week. His partner in crime, rookie Michael Pineda hasn’t been as good in recent starters as his dominate first two and a half months, but he should have solid performances against his division foes as well.
This is a fully loaded two start week as most of the teams in the majors play seven full games so make sure you look to stack your starting lineup with two start pitchers as I’m sure your opponent in head to head leagues will do the same.
