Steven Jackson Probably Out Week Two

Rams Head Coach Steve Spagnuolo admitted in his Monday press conference that Steven Jackson is likely to miss the teams Monday Night matchup against the Giants with a quad injury.

Fantasy Impact: What a shame as Jackson broke off for a 47-yard touchdown against the Eagles on the first run of the game and only carried the football one more time, before shutting it down. Jackson is going to be a beast this year when he gets back, but it may take him a couple weeks, so make sure you look to Cadillac Williams as a backup for now.

Eric Berry Done For the Year

The Chiefs have lost promising young star safety Eric Berry for the season with a torn ACL that happened early in their contest against the Bills.

Fantasy Impact: Major blow to the Chiefs and to IDP fantsay owners that drafted Berry as one of the top IDP defensive backs this summer. We had Berry as high as the No.1 back to have on draft day, and his presence was missed as Ryan Fitzpatrck threw four touchdowns against them.

Danny Amendola Lost For The Season

The Rams lost their top possession receiver in Danny Amendola to a dislocated elbow which is expected to force him out of action for the rest of the year.

Fantasy Impact: What a tough day it was for the Rams as they had key injuries to their top three offensive weapons. Amendola’s was the worst as he will be lost for the year. Look to Mike Sims-Walker as the option to shoot for if you can land him on the waiver wire.
