Week 4 Injury Updates, Roster Decisions | FF Brainwave Report
As we get set for another week in fantasy football, it’s time to take a look at some of the late week injury updates for key roster decisions this week. A few running backs not listed below, with injuries are Steven Jackson and Darren McFadden. Both runners should be considered must start options as they are going to see a full compliment of touches this week.
Daniel Thomas Out Against Chargers
The Dolphins have ruled Daniel Thomas out with a hamstring injury.
Fantasy Outlook: After two solid starts, Daniel Thomas is out with a hamstring injury, and Reggie Bush is back in the starting lineup. Don’t expect a big day from Bush, but if your desperate for an option at running back, he should get around 15 total touches this week.

Arian Foster To Receive Full Workload
Texans Head Coach Gary Kubiak expects Arian Foster to receive a full workload as he’s set to return against the Steelers.
Fantasy Outlook: After failing to convert drives into the red zone to touchdowns, the Texans aren’t fooling around with Foster anymore and are going to cut him loose against Pittsburgh. Foster was terrific in the red zone last year, and is a big part of what Houston does, reminding us all that while Ben Tate has played well, Foster is clearly a feature back when healthy.

Frank Gore Listed As Questionable
The 49ers have listed Frank Gore as questionable after a limited practice on Friday.
Fantasy Outlook: As I’ve been saying all week, I like Kendall Hunter this week, and I currently have him ranked as a top 25 running back as the 49ers take on the Eagles. Gore is suffering from an ankle injury and is likely to see limited action, as he questioned if he would be able to play on Thursday.
Look for Hunter to lead the team in touches, and because he’s used on passing downs, even if the 49ers fall behind, he should still stay active.

Beanie Wells Questionable vs. Giants
Another week, and Beanie Wells is listed as questionable coming into a big game against the Giants.
Fantasy Outlook: While Wells isn’t known for being the fastest healer, I expect him to go in this game. That said, this will be an afternoon game, and if you have a comparable morning starter like Tim Hightower, Mark Ingram or Kendall Hunter, give them the start, because your guaranteed to get production.

Dez Bryant Game Tim Decision
It looks like Dez Bryant will be a game-time decision after participating in the teams walk through on Saturday.
Fantasy Outlook: While Bryant will be a game-time decision, fantasy owners will find out his status this week in the morning, and that makes it easy to start him if he plays. Consider him a must start unless you have a terrific receiving core as Bryant will face a suspect Lion secondary, and even with the quad injury, he should at least give your respectable WR-2 production.

Roddy White Still Questionable Heading Into Sunday
Limited in practice, Roddy White is listed as questionable with a thigh injury.
Fantasy Outlook: Don’t expect this injury to keep White on the sidelines as White had this same injury going into last week and had 16 targets against the Buccaneers. Like Calvin Johnson, White has a tendency to find his way onto the injury report over the years, but always seems to play and at a high level.
