Week 5 – TE Rankings

Jimmy Graham @ Panthers -
We all know by now that Jimmy Graham is an elite fantasy tight end, but it’s time to wonder if Graham is the true No.1 receiver in New Orleans. Graham has at least four receptions in all four games this year and over 100 yards in each of the past two games. With Colston easing his way back into the lineup, Graham should continue to be the main option in the passing game and his fourteen targets and ten receptions, week four are evidence of his dominant play.
Jared Cook @ Steelers -
The Steelers had problems against the Texans tight ends, and the Titans should take advantage of them this week with Jared Cook. Last week, Cook broke down the sidelines for an 80-yard touchdown reception, and with Matt Hasselbeck playing so well, look to Cook as a top ten starter this week.
Greg Olsen vs Saints -
Cam Newton bounced back against the Bears, and he should have another big game playing New Orleans, and that means continued success for tight end Greg Olsen. If you’re in need of help at this position and missed out on Graham, Keller, Daniels and other top scoring options, stick with Olsen in your lineup as he’s proving to be Newton second option in the passing game, and a favorite inside the red zone.
Jermaine Gresham @ Jaguars -
The Bengals second year tight end Jermaine Gresham had a good game against the Bills this week, and he faces a Jacksonville defense that has played soft against opposing tight ends. Look to Gresham as a sneaky start this week and he should reward you with over 50 yards an another touchdown score.

Keller’s available for a TE in my league…but after last week the Jets make me kind of nervous. I also have Gonzalez, Olsen, and Pettigrew available. Who do you suggest for the rest of the season ??
Sean Douglas
I still like Keller over the rest. The big issue for Keller is the health of center Nick Mangold. The Jets couldn’t block anyone up the A gap without Mangold last week, but hopefully he will be back this week. Olsen, Pettigrew and Gonzalez are all good options, but I do like Keller better in the long run.
For now, it’ might be best to hold Keller, and use one of the other tight ends this week, if Mangold is out. Pettigrew and Gonzalez would be my top choices of the other three.
