Eric Weddle vs. Raiders - 

The Chargers star defensive back has had an up and down year for tackles once again, but his five interceptions on the year have helped him remain as a weekly starter in IDP leagues. While I don’t expect better than a DB-3 performance this week, Weddle is playing against Carson Palmer, and a big play or two could be in the works.

In only six quarters of play, Palmer as already thrown six interceptions for the Raiders and is likely to be picked off a few more times on Thursday night. With so little time built up to play with the receiving core around him, it’s going to be hard for Palmer to keep his turnover rate low this year.

Look for Weddle to pick out Palmer’s tendencies and capitalize on a few telegraphed plays in the secondary, and maybe the veteran will finish with a big night.
