Week 12 – PPR WR Rankings
Jordy Nelson @ Lions -
The Packers No.2 receiver is putting together one heck of a breakout year in light of his recent three-game stretch run, he’s been on. With Greg Jennings banged up towards the end of last week, it was Nelson that Aaron Rodgers favored in the passing game, and he should be the top receiver for the Packers on a short week in Detroit.
Look for Rodgers to have another massive stat line against a suspect Lions secondary, and Nelson should walk away with over 100 yards and a score with at least five receptions.
Denarius Moore vs. Bears –
The Raiders talented rookie continues to have an up and down year as he failed to make an impact in the passing game last week. Moore was fresh of a fine performance against the Chargers and for two weeks straight he had been one of the more targeted receivers by Carson Palmer. In Moore’s defense, he was banged up during the game, but I was disappointed that Palmer didn’t look his way more, especially after Darrius Heyward-Bey left the game.
While Moore has the talent and opportunity to play like a WR-1 at times, he’s best viewed as a low end WR-3 with big-play potential going forward.
