Charles Tillman vs. Chiefs –
Let’s hope Charles Tillman is a go this week, as he failed to practice on Wednesday with a knee injury, but if he suits up I like him as the top defensive back. With Tyler Palko set to start once again; Tillman should have no problem making plays on pass deflections, interception opportunities, and racking up a respectable tackle total this week.
Year after year, we see new corner backs come into the fold, and others fade away from IDP relevance, but Tillman has been one of the few DB-1 type corners, over the years. If active consider him a must start against a shaky Chiefs offense.
