2012 PPR Tier Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet

No one was targeted more in the league last year than Roddy White, but expect that to change going forward. White has already told us the Falcons plan to get Julio Jones and others more involved in the passing game this year, which is likely to mark the end of White’s run as a 100 reception threat.

In light of this news, it’s only because White should still receive close to 90 receptions, that I feel he’s worthy of a top ten receiver, and I’m not sure if he is worth that price in standard scoring leagues.

We witnessed Jones take over as the big-play threat last year and that trend will continue. Jones projects as a better receiver than White in the long run, and is likely to out produce him in touchdowns annually.

Maybe you go with White because of his track record, and the likeliness that he has more receptions than Jones, but I will be targeting the second-year standout.
