Week 2 PPR RB Rankings

Last week looked like a wash for BenJarvus Green-Ellis as he was coming of a foot injury that held him out for most of the preseason and the Bengals were scheduled to play in Baltimore. Not so fast, as Green-Ellis ripped off over 90 yards on the ground and scored a touchdown.
We won’t see Cincinnati’s new tailback worked into the passing game frequently, but he can still be a RB2 option, most weeks.
Heading back home for a matchup against the Browns, expect Green-Ellis to have another productive game as the Bengals will likely be playing with a lead throughout.
Rams Offensive Line In Trouble, Again
Steven Jackson can’t buy a break to go his way as the Rams offensive line suffered two critical injuries, against the Lions. First tackle Rodger Saffold had to be carted off the field with a neck injury, and then we find out center Scott Wells is done for the year with a foot injury.
This is a big problem for the Rams offense, and it won’t make life easier for Jackson on the back side of his career. Because Jackson is still a talented running back, will be used as the feature runner in his offense, and should catch some football’s out of the backfield, he still holds RB2 status at this time. Just don’t expect anything more than he’s produced in recent years.
