The Bears came into Dallas with 14 sacks in the first three weeks of the season. They then preceded to bust out the turnover machine and cranked up five interceptions and two defensive touchdowns on the night. Off to a terrific start, look to Chicago as a much play option against the Jaguars this week.
What Did We Learn From Week Four?
– If Russel Wilson is going to keep his job, he will have to stop the turnovers. When the quarterbacks struggles, it puts more stress on the defense and last week it was too much for the Seahawks to win, and fantasy owners with their defense to have a solid results.
Pete Carroll maintains Matt Flynn is still coming back from an elbow injury, but for now, Seattle is only worth starting at home.
– After a surprising loss to the Vikings, owners with the 49ers defense wanted to see a quick bounce back against the Jets. That is exactly what happened and while they will play a solid offense in Buffalo, San Francisco is worthy of starting this week.
Sean’s Week Five Watch List
– With the Cardinals coming to town on a short week, the Rams defense could be a sneaky play. Through the first three games of the year Arizona did a good job of playing close and keeping a balanced offense.
Last week however the Cardinals struggled on the ground and fell behind to the Dolphins. When that happened we watched Kevin Kolb hit the turf in that game eight times. If St. Louis can get a lead, the Cardinals tackles will struggle in pass protection, play after play.
– Vikings will play against a Titans offense that gave up two interceptions for touchdowns last week. One month into the season and the Vikings are sitting atop the NFC North, let’s see if they can build on their lead and give fantasy owners an option to start.
