Three-second year receivers come off the board in the thirteenth round as Justin Blackmon, Michael Floyd and Alshon Jeffery were all high picks in last years NFL draft. Of the three Blackmon would be the top option to target if he wasn’t coming off a groin injury and facing a 4-game suspension to start the season.

In standard 10-team leagues I recommend you pass on Blackmon this year. A possession receiver, you can’t take advantage of points for his receptions, and there is plenty of talent to stash and see what happens in the early portion of the season in a league that isn’t that deep.

Both Floyd and Jeffery are sleepers with upside so consider them worthy options to target around this point.

121. Danny Woodhead, SD – Expect a rotation in the Chargers backfield. Woodhead has low-end flex play value in PPR leagues and is a sleeper in standard leagues. Ryan Mathews will start when healthy, but he’s had trouble staying on the field.

If Mathews goes down Ronnie Brown would likely work in a committee with Woodhead but the undersized scat-back is capable of starting for a few weeks. Probably a better hold in 12-team leagues for standard scoring but defiantly worth drafting in PPR leagues.

122. Ben Roethlisberger, PIT – Not a fan of Roepthlisberger for fantasy leagues this year and I recommend you target Sam Bradford, Carson Palmer or even Philip Rivers before the Steelers star quarterback.

123. Jordan Cameron, CLE – A sleeper at the tight end position and a worthy late round pickup who could emerge as a low-end TE1 in Norv Turner’s offense.

124. Justin Blackmon, JAC – Not a fan of holding Blackmon in 10-team standard leagues. Blackmon is a talented possession receiver but your going to have to wait four weeks before he will be eligible to play and he’s recovering from a groin injury this summer.

125. Alshon Jeffery, CHI – This could be a breakout year for Jeffery but I think he’s probably another year away from being a respectable WR3 play. At this point in the draft he’s worth taking a chance on as a backup, in his first year working in a new offensive scheme.

126. Michael Floyd, ARZ – Floyd appears to be on track to win the No.2 job in the starting lineup with Andre Roberts working in the slot. A worthy addition on your fantasy squad at this point in the draft, but it’s all about Larry Fitzgerald in Arizona so don’t expect Floyd to finish in the top 30 in targets around the league.

127. Rams Defense, STL – One of the better pass-rush defenses in football as they finished tied with the Broncos (52 sacks) in sacks for the lead in NFL. I love the corners on this team and if the safeties are up to play respectable football, this will be a top five fantasy defense. Great pickup at this point in the draft.

128. Sidney Rice, SEA – With Percy Harvin possibly out for the entire season, Rice’s value took a jump. He will go higher than the 13th round going forward in mock drafts and should be viewed as a low-end WR3 option. Golden Tate is worth picking up at this point in the draft now.

129. Bernard Pierce, BAL – More than just a hand-cuff option for Ray Rice owners, Pierce is a quality young running back in the NFL. Unless Rice goes down with an injury he won’t be worth starting but he’s a talent who is worthy of rostering in standard leagues.

130. Patriots Defense, NE – Like the Rams, the Patriots are an underrated defense in fantasy leagues. Only the Bears forced more turnovers than New England last year and I feel they have a chance to improve overall as a defense. Depth on the front line is a concern but I like the addition of defensive tackle Tommy Kelly this offseason.
