<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>Ever since the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Arizona Cardinals</a> drafted running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris Beanie Wells</a> fantasy football players have waited for him to break out. In all this time, we&#8217;ve all known that sooner or later this stud was going to take over the starting job from Tim Hightower but no one could say exactly when.</p>
<p>Now, it appears that Wells is ready to help fantasy owners as a top end No.2 fantasy running back after his strong performance against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*49ers">49ers</a>. In that contest Hightower fumbled early and head coach Ken Whisenhunt gave Wells the feature role for the rest of the game.</p>
<p>Wells responded with 103 total yards and a critical touchdown run that put the Cardinals back in the game. Not only did Wells produce solid stats, but he showed the burst of speed that has been missing from the Cardinals&#8217; backfield, since I don&#8217;t know when.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #660000;">A Chance To Shine</span></p>
<p>Assuming the Cardinals continue to feed the ball to Wells (get him ready for the post season), he will have an amazing opportunity to help produce strong numbers for fantasy football owners in the next two weeks.</p>
<p>This week Wells gets to play the Lions and next week he will face off against the Rams in Arizona.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Chris%20Wells&amp;iid=7057045" target="_blank"><img style="width: 234px; height: 169px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/7/e/7/2/Seattle_Seahawks_v_4726.jpg?adImageId=8432035&amp;imageId=7057045" border="0" alt="Seattle Seahawks v Arizona Cardinals" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
The two main things I want to see from Wells (other than holding onto the football) is for one he will need at least 18 carries to be a strong producer in each game. Secondly, he needs to find the end zone like he was able to do last week.</p>
<p>I believe Wells can and will accomplish these objectives because he is playing at a high level coming out of the 49er game and the Cardinals need this runner to be a factor in the playoffs.</p>
<p>Beyond being a factor, it would also help this team for their opponents to have something extra to fear from this offense than just their great passing game. If Wells has a strong ending to the season than playoff opponents will be forced to game plan and respect what this team can do on the ground.</p>
<p>That respect can only help insure the Cardinals&#8217; success when the games start counting in the playoffs.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #660000;">Chris Beanie Wells Fantasy Football Ranking</span></p>
<p>Beanie Wells is a must start fantasy football option in the next two weeks. This kid is at least a great flex play option if not a solid No.2 running back. Wells is playing his best football (Hightower his worst) coming into these next two all important games for fantasy owners.</p>
<p>Many fantasy football leagues end their playoffs in week 16 so this gives you two great games at the very end of your fantasy run.</p>
<p>Start Wells and you should enjoy some solid fantasy production from this future fantasy football stud.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>It&#8217;s been a disappointing season for <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Anquan_Boldin">Anquan Boldin&#8217;s</a> fantasy football owners. Boldin had a strong season a year ago and was one of the top ten fantasy receivers heading towards this season.</p>
<p>Coming into last week&#8217;s game against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Seahawks">Seahawks,</a> Boldin only produced 35 receptions for 404 yards and one touchdown on the season. These are not the numbers you want to see from a player that fantasy owners drafted somewhere around the third or fourth round of most fantasy drafts.</p>
<p>While these numbers are disappointing I do believe Boldin may be ready to produce on a consistent basis for fantasy owners.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Getting Healthy</span></p>
<p>Boldin made it known in the press that he was very unhappy about being benched two weeks ago, but truthfully it was probably the best move for his future play. The <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Cardinals</a> went on to crush the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Bears">Bears</a> without him and the time off allowed Boldin to recover from his high ankle sprain from a few weeks before.</p>
<p>Last week against the Seahawks, Boldin was back in the lineup and had eight receptions for 105 yards. Those totals were both a season high&#8217;s for the pro bowl receiver and this production shows that he is ready to bounce back.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Anquan%20Boldin&amp;iid=6852579" target="_blank"><img style="width: 260px; height: 188px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/5/5/d/5/Arizona_Cardinals_v_cca6.jpg?adImageId=7681918&amp;imageId=6852579" border="0" alt="Arizona Cardinals v Seattle Seahawks" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Now that Boldin is relatively healthy again I expect him to continue his success this weekend against the St. Louis Rams. Not only do I expect him to have strong reception and yardage totals, but he should find the end zone at least once.</p>
<p>Getting Boldin back and playing like himself should only help the Cardinals&#8217; chances of winning their division out right by mid December.</p>
<p>As it stands right now the 49ers are the only team that has a realistic chance of beating the Cardinals for the division title. This is mainly because the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*49ers">49ers</a> beat the Cardinals in Arizona.</p>
<p>If the 49ers can beat them again in San Francisco than it could make things interesting down the stretch.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Fantasy Football Outlook for Boldin</span></p>
<p>Look for Boldin to be a solid every week starter for the rest of the fantasy football season. Now that he is healthy it should be expected that Boldin will give you solid fantasy numbers from here.</p>
<p>That being said I&#8217;m not sure you will see him amass the type of numbers, he was putting up a season ago when he was healthy. The Cardinals are starting to run the football better than ever before with the emergence of <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris &#8220;Beanie&#8221; Wells</a>.</p>
<p>Because of this and the continued progress of third receiver <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Steve_Breaston">Steve Breaston</a>, Boldin is not going to get as many big days as before.</p>
<p>Even still I do like him and especially after this week against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Rams"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Rams</span></a>. Mainly, because the team will play three defenses in a row that are stout against the running game. When the Cardinals can&#8217;t use their running backs to close out games than they will lean on their receivers more often.</p>
<p>Start Boldin on your fantasy football squads and expect production.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>This week was highlighted by the AFC showdown between the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Colts">Indianapolis Colts</a> and the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Patriots">New England Patriots</a>. While it appeared to be the Patriots&#8217; game until the two minute warning, it was the Colts that end the game victorious.</p>
<p>Both passing attacks had great games for fantasy football owners with players on both respective teams. Expect both teams to provide solid fantasy points moving forward.</p>
<p>Below I have some observations from the tenth week of the regular season and how I see those points of interest playing out from a fantasy perspective.</p>

</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #336666;">Fantasy Football Regular Season Week Ten Notes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #663366;">Rice and Peterson Dominate</span></p>
<p>It&#8217;s time to say that Sidney Rice is the true No. 1 receiver for the Vikings this season. The third year receiver is having a breakout season, and today he caught seven passes for 201 yards. This now gives Rice 786 yards receiving on the season already.</p>
<p>Start Rice every week from here on out and expect him to help you the rest of the way. Rice is a solid No.2 receiver for fantasy football teams going forward.<br />
<script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script></p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7055946&amp;term=Adrian%20Peterson" target="_blank"><img style="width: 262px; height: 183px;" title="Vikings vs. Lions - Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson (28) ran for a touchdown against the Detroit Lions in second-quarter action at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sunday, November 15, 2009. <p>Running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Adrian_Peterson">Adrian Peterson</a> got things going this week as he posted 133 yards rushing and two touchdowns.</p>
<p>Fantasy owners wanted to see Peterson get his production going again as he had a slow couple weeks against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Steelers">Steelers</a> and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Packers">Packers</a>.</p>
<p>Look for Peterson to put up a huge second half of the season and lead teams to the fantasy football playoffs.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Adrian%20Peterson&amp;iid=7055946" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">Johnson goes for 100/100 Game</span></p>
<p>In this contest <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a> put together another massive day as he had 132 yards rushing and 100 yards receiving.</p>
<p>On the ground Johnson had 26 carries for the 132 yards and rushed for two touchdowns. In the passing game Johnson had nine receptions for 100 yards.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7055575&amp;term=Chris%20Johnson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
This performance is the reason why Johnson will be the number one pick in many fantasy football leagues next year. His production is just too solid to ignore as he has the best skill set overall for fantasy owners.</p>
<p>Look for Johnson to continue his strong season as he helps fantasy owners win games and take them to the playoffs.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7056048&amp;term=LaDainian%20Tomlinson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><img style="width: 175px; height: 215px;" title="Philadelphia Eagles v San Diego Chargers - SAN DIEGO - NOVEMBER 15: LaDainian Tomlinson #21 of the San Diego Chargers celebrates his rushing touchdown against Philadelphia Eagles during the NFL football game at Qualcomm Stadium on November 15, 2009 in San Diego, California. <p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #330099;">LT&#8217;s Not Done Yet</span></p>
<p>This past week I wrote a column saying <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/LaDainian_Tomlinson">LaDainian Tomlinson</a> was washed up and done as a fantasy football running back. I considered him to be nothing more than a flex play for the rest of the season and I felt the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Chargers">Chargers</a> would let him go at year&#8217;s end.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7056048&amp;term=LaDainian%20Tomlinson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p>Today Tomlinson had a much better game than we&#8217;ve seen from him this entire season as he had two touchdowns and 96 yards on the ground.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7056048&amp;term=LaDainian%20Tomlinson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Unless this game marks a 180 degree turnaround for Tomlinson I would suspect that he may have games like this from time to time. Beyond that don&#8217;t be surprised if he has some bad games as well.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>For all the success, the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Cardinals</a> have had on the road this season they have struggled mightily at home. Early in the game the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Seahawks">Seahawks</a> took the lead but the Cardinals worked their way back for a home victory.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Chris Beanie Wells Scores Twice</span></p>
<p>The Cardinals never abandoned the run in this game and this was one of the reason why they won this game. Both <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris Beanie Wells</a> and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Tim_Hightower">Tim Hightower</a> continued to split carries this week but Wells was the better runner.</p>
<p>For the game Wells had 16 carries for 85 yards and two touchdown scores. It&#8217;s easy to see that Wells is the better runner in this two back set, and eventually he will see close to twenty carries a game.</p>
<p>Another Cardinal player that had a strong game was <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Anquan_Boldin">Anquan Boldin</a> as he had eight catches for 105 yards. This was a nice bounce back game from sitting out a week ago because of his recent ankle injury.</p>
<p>Look for Boldin to have a good second half of the season as he looks healthy for the first time this year.</p>
<p>Both Boldin and Wells should have solid games next week when the Cardinals go to St. Louis to take on the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Rams">Rams</a>.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #333399;">Justin Forsett Taking Over</span></p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Justin%20forsett&amp;iid=7056081" target="_blank"><img style="width: 257px; height: 188px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/0/9/9/3/NFL_seattle_Seahawks_9d5e.JPG?adImageId=7510406&amp;imageId=7056081" border="0" alt="NFL seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Seattle&#8217;s starting tailback<a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Julius_Jones"> Julius Jones</a> left the game early because of a broken rib and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Justin_Forsett">Justin Forsett</a> took over. Forsett has played well when given a chance, and today he showed why he&#8217;s worth starting in the future.</p>
<p>For the game Forsett had 17 carries for 123 yards and a touchdown score. He also added five catches and twenty six yards in the passing game as well.</p>
<p>Forsett will be a hot waiver wire pickup this week so make sure you target him if you lost a player or two this week.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>No one around the NFL will accuse the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Arizona Cardinals</a> of winning football games by running the rock. This organization has struggled in the running game for most of its time as a franchise.</p>
<p>The difference between the past two seasons and most of the organization&#8217;s history is that they&#8217;ve found a way to win without a running game.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Waiting In The Wings</span></p>
<p>This season the Cardinals are averaging a mere 60 yards rushing per game and that is easily the worst in football.</p>
<p>Starting tail back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Tim_Hightower">Tim Hightower</a> has only averaged over 2.8 yards per carry one game this season and has a season long run of seventeen yards.</p>
<p>This anemic running is the same success rate we saw from Hightower a season ago when he averaged 2.8 yards per carry for the entire season.</p>
<p>The other running back in this committee is first round pick <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris &#8220;Beanie&#8221; Wells</a> and has a 3.9 yards per carry average this season. While Wells has done a good job on the ground he has fumbled the football three times in only 49 carries.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Tim%20Hightower&amp;iid=6668054" target="_blank"><img style="width: 253px; height: 169px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/5/d/e/2/Indianapolis_Colts_v_4d28.jpg?adImageId=6962047&amp;imageId=6668054" border="0" alt="Indianapolis Colts v Arizona Cardinals" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Another short coming in Wells game is that he&#8217;s not the strongest of blockers in pass protection. Over time, I expect Wells to improve as he gets more playing time and understands the speed at which an NFL game is played.</p>
<p>I base this solely on the fact that Wells is a physical beast, and once he is positioned correctly to take on a defender, he will be able to handle the physical aspect of the assignment.</p>
<p>Until Wells improves in these areas head coach Ken Whisenhunt will continue to start Hightower over his talented young rookie.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Success In the Running Game Will Come<br />
</span><br />
While Wells may not be the starter on this team right now, he is starting to see more carries than his fellow teammate. Against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Giants">New York Giants</a>, Wells carried the football fourteen times to Hightower&#8217;s four.</p>
<p>In those fourteen carries Wells accumulated 67 yards and a touchdown. On the touchdown score Wells did a very nice job of bouncing the run to the outside, stiff arming a defender and then turning on the speed to get to the end zone.</p>
<p>This run was telling in the sense that we haven&#8217;t seen a running back from Arizona be able to make that play in years. Maybe <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Thomas_Jones">Thomas Jones</a> or <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnny_Johnson_%28halfback%29">Johnny Johnson</a> but those guys played on very bad Cardinal teams.</p>
<p>Wells has the opportunity to be the first talented young runner to start on a winning Arizona team in a long time. Not to mention playing with a high octane passing game that can score at any moment.</p>
<p>Once Wells gets himself established, he could easily become one of the more productive running backs in Cardinal history. Not to mention one of the more fantasy relevant runners from this organization as well.</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="340" height="285" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/N-0mlHNP5u8&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;border=1" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="340" height="285" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/N-0mlHNP5u8&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;border=1" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Fantasy Football Outlook for Beanie Wells</span></p>
<p>At this time, if you can acquire Wells off the waiver wire, I would pick him up right away. This talented running back may only be a bye week fill in right now, but he should be a fantasy football starter by seasons end.</p>
<p>During the fantasy football playoff weeks ( weeks 14-16) Wells will face the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*49ers">49ers</a>, <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Lions">Lions</a> and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Rams">Rams</a>. If Wells takes over as the starting running back at that time of the year his fantasy numbers could help you win a championship.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>This week the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Cardinals</a> had to travel to New York and play against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Giants">Giants</a>. Arizona has had their share of tough luck on the East coast but this game would be different. The Cardinals won this game with solid defense and good running.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Chris &#8220;Beanie&#8221; Wells Taking Over?</span></p>
<p>Rookie running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris &#8220;Beanie&#8221; Wells</a> has had a slow start to his pro career but this week he got it going. In this game, Wells had 14 carries for 67 yards and a touchdown run and helped his team sustain drives.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Tim_Hightower">Tim Hightower</a> only had four carries on the day, and it now looks like Wells maybe starting to take over as the top runner in Arizona.</p>
<p>If a fantasy football owner got frustrated with Wells early in the season and cut him, you should pick him up.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #333399;">Hakeem Nicks is Showing his Talent</span></p>
<p>The Giants first round pick rookie receiver <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Hakeem_Nicks">Hakeem Nicks</a> is producing for his team every week, since he returned from injury week four. In this contest Nicks had a 62-yard touchdown catch and finished with 80 total yards.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Hakeem%20Nicks&amp;iid=6912214" target="_blank"><img style="width: 247px; height: 170px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/9/d/0/d/Arizona_Cardinals_v_5a5e.jpg?adImageId=6677662&amp;imageId=6912214" border="0" alt="Arizona Cardinals v New York Giants" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
For a third receiver on the team, he has to be one of the best in all of football.</p>
<p>Nicks may not be a starter for the rest of this season but by next season, he should find a way to get in the starting role over <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Mario_Manningham">Mario Manningham</a>.<br />
<a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Eli_Manning"><br />
Eli Manning</a> has three very talented receivers going into the future years and is a no doubt top ten fantasy quarterback at next year&#8217;s drafts.</p>

<div style="float: left; margin-right: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Matt%20Forte&amp;iid=6504503" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Below we have the top players you might want to pay attention to, for waiver pickups. Even if you don&#8217;t select a waiver (or have already done so) it&#8217;s good to keep these names in mind for the future weeks.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;"><br />
Quarterbacks:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #6600cc;">Ravens- Joe Flacco- Bye Week 7</span></p>
<p>If no one has <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Joe_Flacco">Joe Flacco</a> in your fantasy league you might consider picking him up. The second year quarterback already has 5 touchdown passes and a 300 yard passing game. <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Todd_Heap">Todd Heap</a>, <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Mark%20Clayton">Mark Clayton</a> and<a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Derrick_Mason"> Derrick Mason</a> are not awesome targets, but they are good enough to make Flacco a good option.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #660000;">Bills- Trent Edwards- Bye Week 9</span></p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Trent%20Edwards&amp;iid=6227944" target="_blank"><img style="width: 166px; height: 165px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/2/4/9/2/Buffalo_Bills_v_bcf3.jpg?adImageId=3273940&amp;imageId=6227944" border="0" alt="Buffalo Bills v Pittsburgh Steelers" /></a></div>
<p>I brought up <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Trent_Edwards">Trent Edwards </a>last week, and I&#8217;m doing it again this week. Edwards has a talented bunch around him. My only question about his production was if his offensive line could hold up. So far, so good as Edwards has produced solid numbers to begin the season.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Trent%20Edwards&amp;iid=6227944" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Unfortunately, the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Bills">Bills</a> lost their right tackle Brad Butler for the season, hopefully that won&#8217;t hurt them going forward.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Running Backs:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #6600cc;">Ravens- Willis McGahee- Bye Week 7</span></p>
<p>This offseason I thought <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Willis_McGahee">Willis McGahee&#8217;s</a> fantasy value was washed up. McGahee had two more operations on his knee and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Ray_Rice">Ray Rice</a> was entrenched as the starting running back. So far, this season McGahee&#8217;s knee is holding up fine, and he has four touchdowns already.</p>
<p>Look for McGahee as a nice flex play option and he should produce well. This week he plays the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Browns">Browns </a>and should have another strong day.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #660000;">Cardinals- Tim Hightower- Bye Week 4</span></p>
<p>This week <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Tim_Hightower">Tim Hightower</a> had another good showing as the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Cardinals</a> starting running back. His odds of remaining the starter got a boost as the rookie <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris &#8220;Beanie&#8221; Wells</a> fumbled the ball twice.</p>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Tim%20Hightower&amp;iid=6452885" target="_blank"><img style="width: 181px; height: 137px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/3/1/c/a/San_Francisco_49ers_95f0.jpg?adImageId=3273945&amp;imageId=6452885" border="0" alt="San Francisco 49ers v Arizona Cardinals" /></a><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script></div>
<p>Look for Hightower to continue his solid play and remain the starter for the first half of the season.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Wide Receivers:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #000099;">Giants- Mario Manningham- Bye Week 10</span></p>
<p><a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Mario_Manningham">Mario Manningham</a> is the first of two <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Giants">Giant</a> receivers to discuss in this week&#8217;s pickups. Manningham had 58 yards and a touchdown in week one. In week two he had ten receptions for 150 yards and a score.</p>
<p>Manningham has the type of explosion that the Giants sorely need down the field. If he can continue to play like this, he will be a great every week starter in fantasy football.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #000099;">Giants- Steve Smith- Bye Week 10</span></p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Steve%20Smith%20Giants&amp;iid=6559747" target="_blank"><img style="width: 201px; height: 130px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/6/6/6/b/New_York_Giants_d9e1.jpg?adImageId=3273950&amp;imageId=6559747" border="0" alt="New York Giants v Dallas Cowboys" /></a></div>
<p>It&#8217;s time for the other <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Steve_Smith_NY">Steve Smith</a> to start getting fantasy love as he had a great performance this week. So far, this season Smith has 16 receptions for 214 yards and a touchdown. Look for Smith to continue his good play.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Steve%20Smith%20Giants&amp;iid=6559747" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
If <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Domenik_Hixon">Domenik Hixon</a> and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Hakeem_Nicks">Hakeem Nicks</a> miss significant time with their injuries than Smith and Manningham will be fantasy studs.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">Colts- Pierre Garcon- Bye Week 6</span></p>
<p><a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Pierre_Garcon">Pierre Garcon</a> didn&#8217;t have anything going until the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Colts">Colts </a>final offensive play. On that play, he had a very nice 48 yard catch and run touchdown. This was the kind of play that will make <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Peyton_Manning">Peyton Manning</a> throw his way more often this season.</p>
<p>Garcon and the Colts&#8217; offense were hardly on the field and this would explain the lack of production until the end. Look for Garcon as a decent fill in player as long as he is a starter.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Tight Ends:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #336666;">Eagles- Brent Celek- Bye Week 4</span></p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been talking about Brent Celek as a fantasy sleeper since May and his producing right off the bat. In week one Celek had a touchdown catch and this past week he had eight receptions for 104 yards.</p>
<p>Look for Celek to continue his solid play no matter who is at quarterback for the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Eagles">Eagles</a>.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Kickers:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #333399;">Giants- Lawrence Tynes- Bye Week 10</span></p>
<p>Lawrence Tynes is off to a hot start and the Giants&#8217; offense is looking strong. The Giants will move the ball just about every week and Tynes should continue to receive opportunities.</p>
<p>If you need a kicker going forward, you could do a lot worse than this guy.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Defenses:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #660000;">Cardinals- Cardinals Defense- Bye Week 4</span></p>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Cardinals&amp;iid=6556806" target="_blank"><img style="width: 183px; height: 124px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/1/2/2/5/Arizona_Cardinals_v_52f2.jpg?adImageId=3273975&amp;imageId=6556806" border="0" alt="Arizona Cardinals v Jacksonville Jaguars" /></a><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script></div>
<p>The Cardinals&#8217; defense has had four sacks in each of their first two games. So far, this season they have done an excellent job against, he run as they are ranked 4th overall against. Look for Arizona to continue its solid play as they are a defense that just continues to play better.</p>

<p>Last week <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Kurt_Warner">Kurt Warner </a>never looked sharp against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*49ers">49ers</a> defense. He was also not helped by the fact that <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Anquan_Boldin">Anquan Boldin</a> and Steve Breaston were not healthy. This week the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Cardinals</a> went cross country to play the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Jaguars">Jaguars</a>.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #cc0000;">Warner Plays Well</span></p>
<p>The Cardinals&#8217; quarterback only threw for 243 yards, but he was on the mark for almost every pass attempt. For the game Warner was 24/26 and had two touchdown passes.</p>
<p>Breaston and Boldin played well as they combined for 13 catches and 152 yards. If these two receivers can stay healthy, the Cardinals&#8217; offense will be strong all year.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #cc0000;">Chris Beanie Wells Fumble Twice</span></p>
<p><a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Tim_Hightower">Tim Hightower&#8217;s</a> grip on the starting tailback job is a little stronger now that <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris Beanie Wells</a> fumbled twice. No head coach likes turnovers and the Cardinals&#8217; head coach has proven he will bench talented players for not performing.</p>
<p><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Cardinals&amp;iid=6556706" target="_blank"><img style="width: 154px; height: 134px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/f/d/9/1/Arizona_Cardinals_v_edea.jpg?adImageId=3263088&amp;imageId=6556706" border="0" alt="Arizona Cardinals v Jacksonville Jaguars" /></a><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Look for Hightower to be the starter for at least the first half of this season.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #336666;">Jaguars Struggling</span></p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Jaguars">Jaguars</a> just don&#8217;t look like a team that has improved enough to pull out of the AFC South gutter. <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Maurice_Jones-Drew">Maurice Jones-Drew</a> is a talented player but the rest of the team is just not ready to compete for the playoffs.</p>
<p>At this point in time, the Jags need to get <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Torry_Holt">Torry Holt</a> more involved in the passing game. So far, they are 0-2, and they could easily be 0-3 next week against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Texans">Texans</a>.</p>
<div style="text-align: right;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Jaguars&amp;iid=6557006" target="_blank"><img style="width: 184px; height: 141px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/f/0/6/d/Arizona_Cardinals_v_385a.jpg?adImageId=3263147&amp;imageId=6557006" border="0" alt="Arizona Cardinals v Jacksonville Jaguars" /></a><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script></div>

Strength of Schedule</span></p>
<p>vs Run <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/2009/08/2009-nfl-strength-of-schedule-vs-run.html">7th Easiest Schedule</a></p>
<p>vs Pass <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/2009/08/2009-nfl-strength-of-schedule-vs-pass.html">11th Easiest Schedule</a></p>
<p>vs Points Given Up <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/2009/08/2009-nfl-strength-of-schedule-vs-points.html">14th Easiest Schedule</a></p>
<p>This season should be one of spreading the ball around to multiple players in the running game and the passing game. The main reason for this is because the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Steelers">Steelers</a> have good capable depth in both categories and it would be wise to keep their players fresh and make defenses think twice about players like <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Rashard_Mendenhall">Rashard Mendenhall</a> or <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Limas_Sweed">Limas Sweed</a>.</p>
<div style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=5976669&amp;term=Steelers" target="_blank"><img style="width: 145px; height: 155px;" title="Washington Redskins v Baltimore Ravens - PITTSBURGH - AUGUST 13: Limas Sweed #14 of the Pittsburgh Steelers makes a catch as Karlos Dansby #58 and Bryant McFadden #25 of the Arizona Cardinals make the tackle during a preseason NFL game August 13, 2009 at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. <p>On paper the Steelers have a good schedule to take advantage of but because they are the super bowl champs every team will give them a little extra in every week. If <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Ben_Roethlisberger">Ben Roethlisberger</a> can stay healthy than this team should have success once again.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #cc0000;">Arizona Cardinals: Games of Interest </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Fantasy Playoffs weeks 14 &#8211; 16 <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*49ers">49ers</a>, </span><a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Lions">Lions</a><span style="font-weight: bold;">, <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Rams">Rams</a>:</span> It&#8217;s hard to ask for a better schedule for a team to have in the fantasy football playoffs than the one the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Cardinals</a> will have this year. All three of the teams they will face could very well be waiting till next year as they are losing franchises.</p>
<p>Unlike last season when the Cardinals spent their time with the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Patriots">Patriots</a> and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Vikings">Vikings</a> in the fantasy playoffs, this season they have a chance to do some real damage to help you win a fantasy title. Look for Arizona players to be solid producers in your run for a championship as they should win the division with these games.</p>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Beanie%20Wells&amp;iid=6216095" target="_blank"><img style="width: 174px; height: 194px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/1/2/3/5/Green_Bay_Packers_63f5.jpg?adImageId=2836109&amp;imageId=6216095" border="0" alt="Green Bay Packers v Arizona Cardinals" /></a><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script></div>
<p>It will be interesting to see if rookie running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris%20%22Beanie%22%20Wells">Chris &#8220;Beanie&#8221; Wells</a> will take over around this time of the season as the Cardinals feature running back. If he does you will most definitely want him on your team just for this stretch run.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">San Diego Chargers: 2009 Football Projection</span></p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Chargers">Chargers</a> may not win 12 games this season but they should coast to a division championship with a 10 win season. However if San Diego is serious about winning a championship this year they will need home field advantage and to get that they will need at least 13 wins this season.</p>
<div style="text-align: left;">In the end I believe the Chargers will win the division but they probably play too many competitive teams to take home field this year. Look for the Chargers to have another good year and come up short in the playoffs.<br />
