<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>It&#8217;s been a long road for <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Vince_Young">Vince Young</a> since the start of last season but he is back and better than ever. Since taking over the starting job from <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Kerry_Collins">Kerry Collins</a> five weeks ago the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Titans">Titans</a> are undefeated.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">A Playoff Run?</span></p>
<p>Now that the Titans have pulled of a five game winning streak it is time to think about their odds of making the post season. At this time, the Titans are now five and six on the season, and if they beat the Colts next week they could finish ten and six.</p>
<p>With Young playing steady ball control offense at quarterback and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a> running for 2,000 yards, this team could pull off a ten game winning streak.</p>
<p>Speaking of Johnson he had another fabulous game with over 150 yards rushing and a 85 yard rushing touchdown.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Chris%20Johnson&amp;iid=7159992" target="_blank"><img src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/9/0/f/0/Arizona_Cardinals_v_f3a6.jpg?adImageId=7929046&amp;imageId=7159992" border="0" alt="Arizona Cardinals v Tennessee Titans" width="234" height="155" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>Beyond Johnson&#8217;s accomplishments the headlines were all about Young hitting rookie receiver <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Kenny_Britt">Kenny Britt</a> for a touchdown at the end of the game.</p>
<p>Another player that had a good game was tight end Bo Scaife as he collected five receptions for 68 yards on the game.</p>
<p>Congratulations Young and hopefully this is the start of a great career from here on out.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Matt Leinart a Game Manager</span></p>
<p>The Cardinals&#8217; backup quarterback <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Matt_Leinart">Matt Leinart </a>lost another final play game to Young as he also lost the National title game against him in college.</p>
<p>Besides this unfortunate outcome Leinart didn&#8217;t play that bad as he gave his team a chance to win the game with steady play on the road.</p>
<p>Next week Kurt Warner should be back but once Leinart becomes the starter for this team in future years he should help this team be a winner.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>The <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Texans">Texans</a> and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Titans">Titans</a> squared off for the second time this season and in the end the Titans pulled out a victory. Tennessee has now won their last four games in a row after starting the season losing their first six games. <span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">Vince Young is Making a Difference</span></p>
<p>You can tell that <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Vince_Young">Vince Young</a> has matured since the last time he was the Titans starting quarterback. Tonight Young did an excellent job of managing the game and giving his team a chance to win.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Titans&amp;iid=7122197" target="_blank"><img style="width: 253px; height: 201px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/8/a/1/1/Tennessee_Titans_v_ff67.jpg?adImageId=7784646&amp;imageId=7122197" border="0" alt="Tennessee Titans v Houston Texans" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Young isn&#8217;t the great fantasy football play as he only threw for 116 yards passing and one touchdown pass, but he is helping his team win ball games. One area Young is excelling at for a quarterback is in the running game as he rushed for 73 yards in this game.</p>
<p>Another player that is making a huge impact is running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a>. This running back is on pace for over 2,000 yards rushing this season as he rushed for another 151 yards on the ground.</p>
<p>Look for Johnson to continue his serious run towards 2,000 yards on the season with an effective game next week against the Cardinals.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Steve Slaton Starts</span></p>
<p>Texans running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Steve_Slaton">Steve Slaton</a> did start this game as this coach promised on Saturday, but he only touched the football ten times. On the positive side Slaton had a touchdown catch and didn&#8217;t fumble the football for the second game in a row.</p>
<p>If Slaton is going to be a strong fantasy impact player again he will need more touches. Look for Slaton to start again next week again the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Colts">Colts</a>.</p>

<p>Both passing attacks had great games for fantasy football owners with players on both respective teams. Expect both teams to provide solid fantasy points moving forward.</p>
<p>Below I have some observations from the tenth week of the regular season and how I see those points of interest playing out from a fantasy perspective.</p>

</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #336666;">Fantasy Football Regular Season Week Ten Notes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #663366;">Rice and Peterson Dominate</span></p>
<p>It&#8217;s time to say that Sidney Rice is the true No. 1 receiver for the Vikings this season. The third year receiver is having a breakout season, and today he caught seven passes for 201 yards. This now gives Rice 786 yards receiving on the season already.</p>
<p>Start Rice every week from here on out and expect him to help you the rest of the way. Rice is a solid No.2 receiver for fantasy football teams going forward.<br />
<script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script></p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7055946&amp;term=Adrian%20Peterson" target="_blank"><img style="width: 262px; height: 183px;" title="Vikings vs. Lions - Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson (28) ran for a touchdown against the Detroit Lions in second-quarter action at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sunday, November 15, 2009. (Carlos Gonzalez/Minneapolis Star Tribune/MCT) Photo via Newscom" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/1/c/b/0/Vikings_vs_Lions_ffab.JPG?adImageId=7508170&amp;imageId=7055946" border="0" alt="Vikings vs. Lions" /></a></div>
<p>Running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Adrian_Peterson">Adrian Peterson</a> got things going this week as he posted 133 yards rushing and two touchdowns.</p>
<p>Fantasy owners wanted to see Peterson get his production going again as he had a slow couple weeks against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Steelers">Steelers</a> and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Packers">Packers</a>.</p>
<p>Look for Peterson to put up a huge second half of the season and lead teams to the fantasy football playoffs.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Adrian%20Peterson&amp;iid=7055946" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">Johnson goes for 100/100 Game</span></p>
<p>In this contest <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a> put together another massive day as he had 132 yards rushing and 100 yards receiving.</p>
<p>On the ground Johnson had 26 carries for the 132 yards and rushed for two touchdowns. In the passing game Johnson had nine receptions for 100 yards.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7055575&amp;term=Chris%20Johnson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
This performance is the reason why Johnson will be the number one pick in many fantasy football leagues next year. His production is just too solid to ignore as he has the best skill set overall for fantasy owners.</p>
<p>Look for Johnson to continue his strong season as he helps fantasy owners win games and take them to the playoffs.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7056048&amp;term=LaDainian%20Tomlinson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><img style="width: 175px; height: 215px;" title="Philadelphia Eagles v San Diego Chargers - SAN DIEGO - NOVEMBER 15: LaDainian Tomlinson #21 of the San Diego Chargers celebrates his rushing touchdown against Philadelphia Eagles during the NFL football game at Qualcomm Stadium on November 15, 2009 in San Diego, California. <p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #330099;">LT&#8217;s Not Done Yet</span></p>
<p>This past week I wrote a column saying <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/LaDainian_Tomlinson">LaDainian Tomlinson</a> was washed up and done as a fantasy football running back. I considered him to be nothing more than a flex play for the rest of the season and I felt the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Chargers">Chargers</a> would let him go at year&#8217;s end.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7056048&amp;term=LaDainian%20Tomlinson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p>Today Tomlinson had a much better game than we&#8217;ve seen from him this entire season as he had two touchdowns and 96 yards on the ground.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=7056048&amp;term=LaDainian%20Tomlinson&amp;ContributorId=3&amp;CategoryId=6" target="_blank"><br />
</a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Unless this game marks a 180 degree turnaround for Tomlinson I would suspect that he may have games like this from time to time. Beyond that don&#8217;t be surprised if he has some bad games as well.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>The <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Titans">Tennessee Titans</a> have now won three games in a row now as they took care of the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Bills">Bills</a> this week. Not only are the Titans winning games but their star running back is putting together one heck of a season.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Chris%20Johnson&amp;iid=7055575" target="_blank"><img style="width: 198px; height: 259px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/6/d/d/3/Buffalo_Bills_v_222e.jpg?adImageId=7508947&amp;imageId=7055575" border="0" alt="Buffalo Bills v Tennessee Titans" /></a></div>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">Lee Evans Scores Twice</span></p>
<p>Not much went well for the Bills in this game but wide receiver <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Lee_Evans">Lee Evens</a> did have two scores in the game. It seems that Evens is benefiting from having Terrell Owens on the team as he now doesn&#8217;t have to face heavy coverage.</p>
<p>One of the touchdowns came on a wildcat play as running back Fred Jackson threw him a 22-yard touchdown pass.</p>
<p>The Bills aren&#8217;t a very good team but Evens and Lynch still make for half way decent starters for fantasy football. Other than that you would want to stay away from this team.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>This week&#8217;s waiver wire is headlined by wide receiver <a href="http://www.nfl.com/players/chrischambers/profile?id=CHA109171">Chris Chambers</a>. Chambers was released by the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Chargers">Chargers</a> last week and then signed days later with the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Chiefs">Chiefs</a>.</p>
<p>I personally wondered if Chambers was done because he didn&#8217;t produce much in the Chargers passing game.</p>
<p>This past weekend Chambers proved other wise as he had two touchdowns and should help the Chiefs improve.</p>
<p>Below we have the top players you might want to pay attention to, for waiver pickups. Even if you don&#8217;t select a waiver (or have already done so) it&#8217;s good to keep these names in mind for the future weeks.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #663366;">Quarterbacks</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff; font-style: italic;">Titans- Vince Young</span></p>
<p>I suggested that fantasy owners grab <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Vince_Young">Vince Young</a> off the waiver wire last week, and I&#8217;m doing so again. The <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Titans">Titans</a> have turned things around in the past two weeks and are starting to finally get their team healthy.</p>
<p>Young is progressing as a quarterback and has three talented receivers to throw to. He also has <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a> out of the backfield and Young can still score on the ground.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #663366;">Running Backs</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: #666666;">Raiders- Darren McFadden</span></p>
<p>Many fantasy football owners have already given up on <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Raiders">Raiders</a> running back <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Darren_McFadden">Darren McFadden </a>and cut him weeks ago. This week McFadden is back at practice from his knee injury and is expected to start against the Chiefs.</p>
<p>As long as McFadden doesn&#8217;t have a setback this week in practice I would suggest you grab him off the waver wire. McFadden has had lots of success against the Chiefs in his first two years in the league.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000; font-style: italic;">Redskins- Ladell Betts</span></p>
<p>It is already being reported that <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Clinton_Portis">Clinton Portis</a> will likely miss this weekend&#8217;s game against the Broncos because of a concussion. This means backup Ladell Betts will get the starting job and is a sneaky one week play for fantasy owners.</p>
<p>Betts helped fantasy owners a few years ago in getting to the fantasy playoffs, and he had a respectable game last week against the Falcons. If you need a decent flex play option for this weekend you could do worse than Betts.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #663366;">Wide Receivers</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000; font-style: italic;">Chiefs- Chris Chambers</span></p>
<p>Last week was a busy one for wide receiver Chris Chambers. First he was released by the San Diego Chargers and then was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs. On Sunday Chambers played his first game with the Chiefs and had three receptions for 70 yards and two touchdowns.</p>
<p>The Chiefs aren&#8217;t a very good team and will give up a good amount of points most weeks. This means the Chiefs will have to throw the football.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: 78%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings writer Sean E. Douglas: </span><a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/">fantasy-info.com</a></span></p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>The <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Titans">Tennessee Titans</a> finally got their first win of the season last week against the<a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Jaguars"> Jaguars</a> and came to San Francisco looking to make it two wins in a row. While the game was close going into the 4th quarter, it was the Titans that came out victorious in the end.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3366ff;">Chris Johnson a Top Fantasy Back</span></p>
<p>It&#8217;s time to say that <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a> is one of the elite fantasy football running backs. No doubt Johnson was a top ten fantasy back coming into this season but next year he will be a top three.</p>
<p>Johnson&#8217;s explosiveness is amazing and at times it looks like everyone else around him is running in slow motion. That is probably because everyone else on the field can&#8217;t run a 4.2/ 40 yard dash time.</p>
<p>In this game Johnson had 25 carries for 135 yards rushing and two touchdowns. He also put things together in the passing game as he had three catches for twenty five yards.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Chris%20Johnson&amp;iid=6999800" target="_blank"><img style="width: 285px; height: 172px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/3/d/5/3/Tennessee_Titans_v_bd4a.jpg?adImageId=7259168&amp;imageId=6999800" border="0" alt="Tennessee Titans v San Francisco 49ers" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Johnson should continue to have a strong second half of the season as the Titans look much improved from their play earlier in the season.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">49ers Continue to Struggle</span></p>
<p><a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Frank_Gore">Frank Gore</a> had a good game and <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Vernon_Davis">Vernon Davis</a> had ten catches for over 100 yards receiving. These efforts are just a part of the reason why I believe this team is getting better than years past.</p>
<p>The 49ers are coming along as a team, even if the wins aren&#8217;t stacking up in their favor of late. Hopefully, they can get a win next week on Thursday night against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Bears">Bears</a>.</p>
<p>If they lose that game they will be on a five game losing streak. That would be a shame as they seem to play hard most weeks.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>This week was all about <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Brett_Favre">Brett Favre</a> and his return to Lambeau field. Favre played an almost flawless game against his former team as he led the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Vikings">Vikings</a> to victory with four touchdown passes.</p>
<p>Minnesota now has a commanding lead in the division and should steam roll their way to a division title. What the Vikings need to do now is win home field advantage over the undefeated <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Saints">New Orleans Saints</a>.</p>
<p>Below I have some observations from the eighth week of the regular season and how I see those points of interest playing out from a fantasy perspective.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #336666;">Fantasy Football Regular Season Week Eight Notes:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #339999;">MJD and Chris Johnson Run Wild</span></p>
<p>Titans star runner <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a> and Jaguars star runner <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Maurice_Jones-Drew">Maurice Jones-Drew</a> both had huge performances in this game.</p>
<p>Johnson totaled 24 carries for 228 yards rushing and the two touchdowns. This was a big game for a running back that had not accomplished much for fantasy owners since his huge game against the Texans week two.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=6953020&amp;term=Maurice%20Jones%20Drew" target="_blank"><img style="width: 234px; height: 165px;" title="Jacksonville Jaguars v Tennessee Titans - NASHVILLE, TN - NOVEMBER 01: Maurice Jones-Drew #32 of the Jacksonville Jaguars breaks away from Vincent Fuller #22 of the Tennessee Titans during their game at LP Field on November 1, 2009 in Nashville, Tennessee. <p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Johnson ran his team to their first victory and looks primed to have a big second half of the fantasy football season.</p>
<p>Jones-Drew had 177 yards rushing on only eight carries for the entire game. The two touchdown runs were of distances of 79 yards and 80 yards.</p>
<p>Drew is fast becoming a top three pick for next year&#8217;s fantasy football drafts as he is proving he can handle the feature duties in Jacksonville.</p>
<p>The only thing we need to see from Drew now is if he can finish the season strong and hold up physically. If he continues to produce like he did today with only eight carries than he will do just fine.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #339999;">Donovan McNabb has Great Game</span></p>
<p>The Eagles pro bowl quarterback <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Donovan_McNabb">Donovan McNabb</a> came out firing as he torched the Giants secondary for three touchdowns on the day.</p>
<div style="float: left; margin-right: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=6951871&amp;term=Eagles" target="_blank"><img style="width: 234px; height: 158px;" title="New York Giants v Philadelphia Eagles - PHILADELPHIA - NOVEMBER 01: DeSean Jackson #10 of the Philadelphia Eagles celebrates his second quarter touchdown against the New York Giants on November 1, 2009 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. <p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
McNabb has been helped by emerging stars in receiver <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/DeSean_Jackson">DeSean Jackson</a> and tight end <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Brent_Celek">Brent Celek</a>. Both pass catchers are having fabulous seasons and should be started every week.</p>
<p>Another receiver that is coming on of late is rookie <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Jeremy_Maclin">Jeremy Maclin</a>. Maclin may not be an every week starter, but he will have games like this week where he posts a big touchdown score.</p>
<p>All these weapons give McNabb the tools he needs to be an explosive fantasy football quarterback for your team.</p>
<p>Look for the Eagles to be the front runners for the division title as they make a strong run for a Super Bowl appearance.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #990000;">49ers Impress On All Fronts</span></p>
<p>The 49ers may have dropped their third game in a row, but it is clear to see that this team is much improved over years past.</p>
<p>Quarterback <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Alex_Smith">Alex Smith</a> is taking strides to actually becoming the quality quarterback the 49ers drafted him to be.</p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?iid=6953038&amp;term=Frank%20Gore" target="_blank"><img style="width: 253px; height: 179px;" title="San Francisco 49ers v Indianapolis Colts - INDIANAPOLIS - NOVEMBER 01: Frank Gore #21 of the San Francisco 49ers runs for a touchdown during the NFL game against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium on November 1, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Colts won 18-14. <p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
Smith&#8217;s number wouldn&#8217;t blow you away, but he did have 199 yards passing and found his favorite target in <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Vernon_Davis">Vernon Davis</a> for a touchdown.<br />
<a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Michael_Crabtree"><br />
Michael Crabtree</a> had another strong performance as he totaled six receptions for 81 yards receiving. At this time, Crabtree is worth starting in PPR fantasy football leagues as he is a reception beast.<br />
<a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Frank_Gore"><br />
Frank Gore</a> got things going again with a nice 64-yard touchdown run early in the game. Look for Gore to continue to stay hot as we move ahead as he now seems to be fully healthy from his ankle issue.</p>
<p>The 49ers defense did a great job of applying pressure on Manning for the entire game. Manning was sacked only two times this entire season coming into this game. By games end the 49ers sacked Manning a total of three times and pressured him all day long.</p>
<p>Look for the 49ers to give the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Cardinals">Cardinals</a> all they can handle for the NFC Western Division title.</p>

<p>Quarterback Vince Young must feel good as he got back into the starting role and helped his team win their first game of the year.</p>

<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script>The time has officially come for <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Vince_Young">Vince Young</a> to be a starting quarterback once more in the NFL. It seems like a long time ago when <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Kerry_Collins">Kerry Collins</a> took over the starting duties last year and Young road the pine.</p>
<p>This weekend Young will have his first chance to prove he is fantasy worthy when the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Titans">Titans</a> face off against the <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/*Jaguars">Jaguars</a>. What is funny about Young getting his chance to start this week is that this was the very team he faced at home when he last started an NFL game.</p>
<p>This time around should be different for Young in the sense that Tennessee has better weapons around him to succeed than in years past. With receivers like <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Justin_Gage">Justin Gage</a>, <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Nate_Washington">Nate Washington</a> and emerging young talent <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Kenny_Britt">Kenny Britt</a>, Young now has weapons to throw to in the passing game.</p>
<p>Not only does Young have three solid targets at receiver but he also has an explosive young running back in <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Chris_Johnson">Chris Johnson</a> to balance the offense.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">A Need to Throw</span></p>
<p>Since the Titans are one of the leagues worst defenses against the pass, they will need to throw the football more often. This isn&#8217;t great for the Titans from a team perspective, but it is good from a fantasy perspective for Young&#8217;s value.</p>
<div style="float: left; margin-right: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Titans%20Defense&amp;iid=6852512" target="_blank"><img style="width: 161px; height: 118px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/8/d/7/2/Patriots_Wes_Welker_9c38.JPG?adImageId=6993448&amp;imageId=6852512" border="0" alt="Patriots Wes Welker runs against Titans at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA ." /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
With teams posting more points against the Titans and Young&#8217;s new weapons, I believe it is reasonable to believe he could potentially be something by years end. Don&#8217;t get me wrong and think that I&#8217;m suggesting you go out and make him a start, but I do suggest you take a look at stashing him away on your roster.</p>
<p>Like we found out a season ago with <a href="http://www.fantasy-info.com/search/label/Tom_Brady">Tom Brady</a> it only takes one play and your super star fantasy quarterback is down for the count.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">Just Look at Seasons Past</span></p>
<div style="float: right; margin-left: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Billy%20Volek%20Titans&amp;iid=4215299" target="_blank"><img style="width: 163px; height: 154px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/5/e/e/0/Tennessee_Titans_v_3b6f.jpg?adImageId=6993462&amp;imageId=4215299" border="0" alt="Tennessee Titans v Indianapolis Colts" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
One year that stands out in my mind when the Titans were in this type of situation is 2004. That season the Titans were out of the playoff hunt (finished at 5-11), and they started throwing the football like crazy.</p>
<p>Down the stretch of that fantasy football season players like quarterback <a href="http://www.nfl.com/players/billyvolek/profile?id=VOL083057">Billy Volek</a> and wide receiver <a href="http://www.nfl.com/players/drewbennett/profile?id=BEN215426">Drew Bennett</a> became fantasy stars.</p>
<p>We may not see that kind of aggressive passing from the Titans right away but as the weeks move along coach Jeff Fisher may turn his passing game lose and let it fly.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #3333ff;">Fantasy Football Ranking for Vince Young</span></p>
<p>Right now I consider Vince Young and Kenny Britt to be solid fantasy waiver wire pickups. Young is getting a second opportunity, and if he&#8217;s smart he won&#8217;t miss a chance to impress his team and teams that may be prospecting him.</p>
<p>Britt on the other had is intriguing as fellow receiver Nate Washington seems to have continued health issues. This week Washington is having quad issues and has missed multiple days of practice.</p>
<div style="float: left; margin-right: 5px;"><a href="http://view.picapp.com/default.aspx?term=Vince%20Young&amp;iid=6785202" target="_blank"><img style="width: 195px; height: 134px;" src="http://cdn.picapp.com/ftp/Images/1/0/f/d/Indianapolis_Colts_v_16c7.jpg?adImageId=6993513&amp;imageId=6785202" border="0" alt="Indianapolis Colts v Tennesse Titans" /></a></div>
<p><script src="http://cdn.pis.picapp.com/IamProd/PicAppPIS/JavaScript/PisV4.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br />
If Washington misses the game this week, Britt could make for a sneaky play against Jacksonville.</p>
<p>The Titans&#8217; schedule is favorable against the pass for the rest of the season and this team should find a decent level of success.</p>
<p>Pickup Young and stash him away if you have the roster depth. At this time, I wouldn&#8217;t recommend using him, unless your desperate for a bye week fill in.</p>
