2009 Fantasy Year In Review: Ryan Grant had a bounce back season in 2009 as he posted over 1,2oo yards and eleven touchdowns. Not only did Grant have a good year, but he was very solid down the stretch in December and helped fantasy owners win championships.

This is the kind of performance that made Grant worth having as a top fifteen fantasy running back talent.

2010 NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings: Grant may not be the greatest pass catcher or the biggest yard producer at the running back position. That said, he is a very nice No.2 running back for any fantasy owner to have as he can put on respectable numbers in a great offense.

With Aaron Rogers as the teams’ quarterback you know defenses are going to respect the passing game, and they won’t be able to cheat up at the line to stop the run. This allows Grant to see a limited amount of eight man fronts throughout the season and makes him an attractive player for production.

With Grant’s contract problems behind him from a couple of years ago, he will be in good shape coming into this season once again. Expect a productive fantasy season from the Packers top man on the ground.
