2011- 200 Dollar Cap – Tight End Auction Values

Latest Value Updates – August 23rd

Coming into PPR auction drafts last summer, Dallas Clark’s price tag was at an all time high as he came off a career year totaling 100 receptions. Many had Clark as the top valued tight end to bid on but an injury six weeks into the season, proved costly to fantasy owners that acquired him on draft day. Still a top three tight end on our board, Clark should be ready to roll but the start of the season and will get back to providing PPR fantasy owners with one of the better options to select in the game.

It should go without saying, but if you do grab Clark this season, it would be a good idea to nab his backup Jacob Tamme for a buck at some point in your draft. Tamme proved to be a quality starting option in all fantasy formats after Clark went down, and stashing him on the bench, insures that you would continue to have solid production, if Clark should fall to injury again.

The dollar values below are based on a 200 dollar cap, so make sure you keep that in mind when going over the players listed below. We will have updates for this page and all our various rankings on the website throughout the summer.

Expect changes to this page towards the end of July as free agency is likely to start on July 15th and players are sure to move around the league, thus creating change in our values below. We will also update our rankings around the third week of the preseason as that time of the summer when the bulk of drafts start to take place around the web.
