2011 Dynasty RB Rankings

Last Updated – August 21st

If you drafted in your dynasty league towards the end of August last summer, you might have seen Arian Foster go as a late first round pick because of the situation he was going to have. Not only was Foster the projected feature back, but if he was successful, his youth suggested that he could keep the job for a few more years. Well, Foster didn’t just have some success, he was the MVP of all fantasy football leagues, and now he stands in as one of the top running backs to own going forward.

While Foster’s success was extreme to what you will normally find, production wise, from upstart players, his story is a great example of how selecting the right player(s) can set your squad up for years of success in dynasty league play. Not only did Foster owners enjoy a ridiculous season, but most will have rights to him for the rest of his career.

Below we have our dynasty / keeper rankings for running backs listed to help you get an idea of where we see the value in fantasy football for this position for not just 2011 but years into the future.
