Antrel Rolle | New York Giants | DB
2012 Experience: 8th Season
IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: Antrel Rolle will be used as a nickel corner in sub packages this year, and because he’s not an ideal corner, expect teams to challenge him. New York likes to bring Rolle down closer to the line of scrimmage in sub package situations and they it often, because teams are willing to test there secondary.
Look to Rolle as a possible candidate for your DB2 roster spot. A productive player in each of his first two years in New York, Rolle will be a reliable weekly option.

Summer of 2011: Fantasy Projections
Antrel Rolle posted a respectable tackle total in his first year with the Giants but he failed to make many plays in the secondary and that is what he needs, in order to be a useful IDP option. Rolle should continue to help the Giants but I would garner against adding him on draft day, unless you play in a 12 team league or deeper and start two safety positions, in your regular lineup.

2010 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook
Antrel Rolle made the Pro Bowl in his final season with the Cardinals before moving onto the Giants this offseason. With Phillips returning from a knee injury at the strong side, Rolle could pickup some extra tackles this season but he won’t be a threat to top 100. Look to Rolle as a better option for Big Play IDP fantasy leagues as opposed to tackle-heavy leagues.
