IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: One of the top ball hawks in the game, Earl Thomas will have another Pro Bowl type of year. Thomas won’t give you a high tackle total, but because of his big-play ability, he’s worthy of a DB3, with upside when the Seahawks play against favorable matchups.

Summer of 2011: Fantasy Projections
I knew Earl Thomas was going to make for a play-maker in the NFL but to see him rack up 76 tackles is encouraging for his IDP value. The Seahawks are an average team at best, and Thomas should get plenty of opportunities to make plays and total enough tackles to make him a useful option for at least big play IDP leagues.

2010 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook
Earl Thomas was a balk hawk at Texas and should be the Seahawks starting free safety this season. Look for Thomas to cover lots of ground for Seattle as he will be a better Big Play IDP option than in tackle-heavy leagues.
