IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: Because the Bills are so lousy against the run, Jairus Byrd may have a chance to actually get back to around 80 tackles on the season, in his third year. My problem with Byrd is that while he was terrific in interceptions in his rookie year, he only had one last year. His fluctuation if a prime example of why it’s hard to trust defenders that tend to rely on making big plays to hold value on your IDP squad. If you must have Byrd on your team, draft him at the very end.

2010 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook
Jairus Byrd had himself a great rookie season as the ball hawked totaled nine interceptions on the season. While this was a great number of turnovers he only racked up 45 tackles in his eleven starts. If Byrd is going to be a more effective IDP option he will have to show improvement in this area.
