Michael Huff | Oakland Raiders | Defensive Back
2011 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: It looked likely that Michael Huff would be on the move this off-season as he was coming off a career year, but with a deflated market for safeties, Huff came back to the Raiders. This is probably for the best in terms of his IDP fantasy value, as the Raiders have one of the better situations for safety activity.
Just last season the Raiders allowed Huff to make an impact by blitzing the quarterback at times which led to a whooping four tackles in the season. That is a great number for a safety and even with Nnamdi Asomugha gone, I anticipate Oakland will attempt to use Huff in this way once again in 2011. Look to Huff as a worthy No.2 defensive back on draft day, and if you can snag him as a No.3 that would be great depth.

2011 June
Michael Huff had his first IDP relevant season since 2007 last year, but with a trip to free agency and headed to a new team, we will have to wait and see where he goes before assessing his value. Huff isn’t the greatest of safeties so his play can be up and down from year to year. It unlikely that he will be a draft worthy option if he goes to a winning team.
