2011 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: Unless Ras-I Dowling plays his way into a starting job during the season, he doesn’t project to have any IDP fantasy value in his rookie year. That doesn’t mean he won’t be a good player to have in the future as he would make for an interesting option opposite Devin McCourty, but he’s just not projected to be a starter, and he needs that for consideration. By next year, Dowling should be ready for a starting job and that is when we need to put him on the IDP radar for the corner position.
