IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: Nothing exciting to Lance Briggs game at this stage of his career, but he’s a valuable backup in IDP leagues. Not much for big-plays Briggs likely won’t have more than 80 solos, and he’s an option I will be avoiding once again.

Summer of 2011: Fantasy Projections
Lance Briggs failed to reach over 100 tackles for the first time since his rookie year but I feel it was in large part because of a nagging ankle injury that slowed him down. I do believe Briggs will bounce back this season and because his IDP value will be a little lower this season, he makes for a respectable No.3 option in tackle heavy leagues.
You might not be able to acquire him at that price but I wouldn’t look to him as a No.2 because he’s not a middle linebacker and he’s getting up in age, and more nick-ups could hamper him again.

2010 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook
Lance Briggs is still a darn good weakside linebacker and a valuable IDP option. Look for Briggs to be a solid option for your team once again as he continues to be a decent source of tackles every year.
