Fantasy Football Outlook: Starting his career on the strong side, if DeMeco Ryans is up for bouncing back from his Achilles injury from 2010 better than last year. I expect that to happen and in a friendlier scheme, Ryans will bring the vetran leadership and play this defense sorely needs from the middle.
This will hurt Kendricks value, but if something should happen to Ryans, he is a likely candidate to fill in for him. I like Kendricks as a possible LB2 if he should ever get to the middle but for now, he’s nothing but a depth hold or left on the waiver wire, playing on the strong side.
In rookie dynasty drafts, he’s worth a top five pick at linebacker because of his possible upside in the future.
