2011 Experience: 5th Season
IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: Rocky McIntosh posted his first season with over 100 tackles in what looks to be his final year with the Redskins. Hopefully he will sign with a team in a 3-4 defensive scheme, as his best success came when the Redskins switched over to that defensive style. Only time will tell where McIntosh will land so come back later in the summer and we will have more on this page when he signs with a new team.

2010 Preview
The Redskins are moving to a 3-4 defense and it looks like McIntosh is a favorite to start on the inside. If McIntosh does win the job he will be worth having on an IDP fantasy roster as he racked up close to 100 tackles and should be in that range again this year.
