2011 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook: Look for Shaun Rogers to help the Saints defense this year but he will do so as a backup as the team signed Aubrayo Franklin in free agency. Franklin is a very good nose tackle and will be an asset to the the Saints against the run, so he basically kills any hopes Rogers may have had to be a relevant defensive tackle option for IDP leagues.

2010 IDP Fantasy Football Outlook
Shaun Rogers has had his share of big time IDP fantasy season as a defensive tackle in his career. Now in his tenth season it looks like Rogers has received no jail time for his loaded weapon situation from the courts.
He should still get a suspension to start this season from the NFL, and we will have to see how long it is to know the impact of his fantasy value. This suspension may help the veteran have a strong second half as he will be fresh. If you can hold onto him at the right price it would be a good idea.
