Garrett Hartley | New Orleans Saints | K
2013 Experience: 6th season
Fantasy Football Outlook: Perhaps one of the more overrated kickers each year on draft day because he kicks with the Saints. Hartly’s career best is 20 field goal conversions. At best he is a waiver wire pickups, when you know the Saints won’t have to throw the football to get back into games, due to their problems on defense.
