Fantasy Football Outlook: A groin injury cost Bullock his rookies season in the league, but he still has a promising future. Houston has been one of the better teams for fantasy kickers and assuming Bullock gets back to full strength, his power leg should make him the best raw-skilled option they’ve had in franchise history.
With Blair Walsh, Justin Tucker and Greg Zuerlien all breaking out in their rookie seasons last year, you have to believe Bullock has the ability to be an elite kicker as he was a fifth-round pick in the 2012 draft. Look to Bullock as an interesting option in the late rounds of your fantasy drafts this summer, with upside to be a top five producer at this position.

Spring 2012 Bullock set to be starter in Houston
The Texans drafted Randy Bullock after failing to resign Neil Rackers in free agency. Bullock should have the inside track to win the job, but he will have competition with veteran Shayne Graham. If Bullock should win the job, he could be a waiver wire addition as the season moves along.
