2013 Experience: 9th season
Fantasy Football Outlook: Brionas will be back with the Titans in 2013, but his conversion rate from over 40 took a noticeable drop as he failed to hit on 6 of his 12 opportunities and 5 of those failed attempts were under 50 yards.
Perhaps it was just a bad year, and I can’t remember if he was battling some type of injury, but we aren’t used to seeing that kind of erratic production from the Titans veteran kicker. If the Titans can get their act together, Bironas should develop into a regular starter in fantasy leagues.
Coming into your drafts this summer it’s best to leave Bironas off your draft sheet, unless your in a league with more than 10 teams or you carry more than one kicker in your league roster.

Summer of 2011: Fantasy Projections
It’s been a fun ride with Rob Bironas and while he should still have some big seasons for fantasy football left in his career, he’s obviously suffering from the Titans issues on offense. Last season, Bironas was a top five fantasy kicker coming into drafts but he failed to perform that way as the Vince Young failure hurt this offense.

2010 Preview
Rob Bironas had a slow start in 2009 as the Titans started the season losing their first six games. Once the Titans got rolling it was clear to see why Bironas is still the best kicker in the NFL and for fantasy football. Coach Jeff Fisher seems to allow No.2 to kick the ball almost every chance he gets, and I would expect Bironas to have another great year in 2o1o.
2010 Fantasy Football Outlook
2009 Fantasy Year In Review: A kicker is at times only as good as the team he plays on. This was true for Rob Bironas as the Titans got off to an 0 – 6 start and Bironas disappointed fantasy owners early on.
Upon Vince Young promotion back to the starting lineup, Bironas was the top fantasy kicker for the second half of the season. It almost seemed at times like you could pencil Bironas in for another solid day as his team gave him plenty of opportunities.

2010 NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings: Not only does Bironas have a big leg but his head coach Jeff Fisher has faith that he will deliver from a distance. This is great because a kicker needs to be sent on the field to be a good fantasy option and if his coach doesn’t trust him his opportunities are limited.
Look for Bironas to have a great season as Young and Chris Johnson will keep this offense moving into scoring position all season long.
